Hi Jon, Come to the Berkshires. Big things happening in North Adams. I've been here 10 years and the potential is enormous both on 2-4 family homes and larger endeavors. On a large scale, we are working on a healing and arts retreat in a 58,600 square foot facility. There is a growing group of Ny investors buying apt buildings and old mills and rehabbing them. The Guggenheim group is investing in the area to further their art world. It's only 3 hours on the Taconic from Rockland county ny where I live half the week with our family. I'm ready to sell my multi family homes to get out of the landlord business even though they are cash cows.  Just tired of the clientele. I am the landlord and manager, tough business.  If I got a third party to manage would help, but instead,  I'm willing to sell and manage and be a wholesaler instead.  I believe in the city and want to be a part of rebranding it.
