Peter, you can buy the IRS compliant paper at Office Depot or most office supply stores if you want to fill it out by hand and mail it in. You can also e-file online there's a bajillion websites that do it. This is a trusted one: https://www.tax1099.com/

Those 2 options are your fast track to get everything out by the 2/1/2021 deadline.

Now let's talk 2021.

Free forms the IRS:

  • The IRS gives away the correct forms, but you need to order ahead of time. I try to do this every December, so make your task today to setup a calendar reminder for Nov/Dec.
  • >Order IRS Forms<

E-File Directly with IRS

  • The IRS allows you to sign up and e-file all information returns yourself. This requires you to preregister and the files uploaded must be in a specific format. Research to see if it is a viable option.
  • Learn about Filing Information Returns Electronically -> (FIRE)

Hope this helps!
