@James Wise I listened to the podcast - we are very similar people. Thanks for being a warm welcome here!

@Ned Carey I found your blog a few months ago and probably read every single post on there. If you'd be willing, I'd love to be able to pick your brain sometime once I am able to hold up my end of the conversation.

@James Bowerman I checked out your website, awesome that you had the opportunity to meet Kevin O'Leary! I'm a big fan of his.

Thanks for the warm welcome @Terry Beall! Not from Smithsburg, but I love the area.

@James WiseI look forward to listening to you on the BP podcast! Adding it to my list to listen to today.

Hi, my name is Rob and I am a 24 year old looking to get a start and dip my toe in the waters of real estate investing. I live in Maryland and love to put Old Bay on my food. I recently paid off all of my student loans by living within my means and tracking my spending. I'm looking to continue the good money management and saving practices I've established and put what money I was putting towards my student debt into real estate.

I decided to join Bigger Pockets because of the wealth of information and to kickstart my  real estate aspirations in flipping, renting, and buying tax liens. I don't know where I will end up, but I'm starting with the bigger pockets podcast and forums!
