Thank you @Rene Hosman!  E-mail with details has been sent your way.

Also, thank you @Jonathan Greene for helping to point this to the right person for assistance.

I used a promo code provided at the end of a webinar and paid for one full (discounted) year after attending "The 90 Day Challenge" with Dave Meyer.

Attendees who purchase the Pro membership are supposed to get the "Real Estate by the Numbers" book as well. I tried using the promo code in the store, and it could not apply the promo code. I also tried contacting support twice, and both times they only provide a link to the book in the store without addressing any portion of the inquiry.  The response after following up was "Can you try supportnumbers?" without providing any kind of support number to call.

Anyone know how to access the book and what format it should be provided?

Hello!  I've been searching properties for a variety of ideas for almost two years now and never pulled the trigger.   Whether it's real estate investing or running a small business or a combination of both, I just know I want my income and financial stability to stop being reliant on a boss or corporate entity.

I've got a couple of interests that I'm flexible on.
- Long term residential rentals: Primary interest to start building.  This is my immediate & short term launching point.
- Commercial real estate: Long term stability? I like the idea, but don't know anything.
- Land in scenic areas for potential as a low density campground / private park / RV Park.  I think there may be a market for a lower density campground that offers a higher level of privacy per site with amenities (electric/water hookups, RV dump site, bathhouses, etc...) but... I admittedly know nothing about this market or costs associated with developing/managing something like this.
