Hi there, I recently came across a foreclosure home which had $283K in the mortgage and is set for a foreclosure. The market value of the property is around $485K and the owner is behind about $30K in payments. What is the best cash offer  i can bring to the table since the owner want his equity and does not want to loose the home either. What could be the win win situation. Thank you so much.

Josh, hellooooooooooooooooooooooo, hope this shout is loud enough.

Hi there, i am eager to connect with y'all to get the best out of investing into real estate. I am a kind of handyman with a little bit of experience on fixing & flipping but yet to uncover the best.  I am looking to connect with like minded people from Smyrna, Marietta, Woodstock, Acworth and Kennesaw GA. My buddies call me Rob.
