ISO best bankers in upstate of SC!

Good Evening Ladies and Gentlemen,

I have some deals I would like to get involved in. I am looking for some good bankers to deal with in the upstate of SC. Preferably, I would like a banker who is able to make decisions on their own to push things through. I have a very high credit score and great income. I have had some road blocks due to my company being new even though I am personally liable on the loans I am applying for (though these were unsecured line of credits, which are admittedly more strict). Also, are there any banks that would allow less than 20% down/less than 20% equity for a home loan that is purely rental? If so I would be highly interested in this. Currently, I am looking at out of state rentals, but I would still be interested in hearing about good community banks even if they would require for me to invest in the area. This is probably my biggest road block right now. I want to use leverage, but I want to be smart about it. I would really appreciate any assistance! I enjoy working with good people, and I really value the opinions of the wonderful people on bigger pockets!

hello,

Random question. If I start an LLC in say Greenville, SC, am I able to buy a rental property in Charleston, SC under that business license? Or would I have to have a business license in Charleston, SC?

Does anyone recommend a good real estate investment association in the upstate area of south Carolina? I've see that many exist, but I am looking for one with a good group of people who just like to help each other. Thank you all and happy holidays!

compared to your state, the property taxes here are really cheap even for second homes. if you can afford a second lake house here, you can afford the taxes. our property taxes aren't too bad since our income tax is a bit on the high end

Hello,

I plan on starting real estate investing when I am done paying off my student loans. Looking to meet with similar minded individuals and want to learn as much as I can before I start my adventure. I will likely start off with wholesaling. I am excited to being my future shortly!
