I was curious to hear what you guys think about the recent news with Opendoor co. and how that will impact the markets now and for potential new investors in the near future?

Just starting out in investing in hopefully rentals and/or flips in Michigan. Was going to begin investing in the Kalamazoo area. I am curious if this market is good and if you guys have any recommendations on it or markets near? Would appreciate any and all feedback!
