I am a Loaner would like some help and guidance to make sure my side is covered and can take legal action if issues come up from the borrower. Can someone help with reviewing some Contracts that have been drawn up by the borrower?

Can someone help with providing a sample of a Contract?

I will be the Loaner and would like a contract drawn up so that I am covered if any issues happen and to hold up in court as well.

State: Texas
