I am interested in some meet ups and am located in San Antonio Texas.  If anyone knows of any meet ups or would like to set something up in the San Antonio and Austin area let me know.  I am pretty new to investing in real estate and would like to discuss and meet fellow investors.  I understand the current climate and physical meet ups might not happen for a while but also open to virtual.  Thanks all!

South Austin around the Manchaca/Slaughter ln area.  It is hard to pull cash flow outta Austin these days.  I am going to start investing in San Antonio.

This was done at the end of 2014, it was a good deal.  I think a deal like this now would not last on the market for 60 seconds.
