Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Navarre.

Purchase price: $252,000

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Utilized it as a primary residence before the Marine Corps moved me to California.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

On a builders website, did not negotiate the price down, negotiated amenities in to the property by utilizing a preferred lender and closing quickly.

How did you finance this deal?

VA loan.

How did you add value to the deal?

Added kitchen backsplash, outdoor fence, gutters.
