Thanks for your response! The house is 3BR with 2 full baths, 2 half baths, 1840 Sq Ft. with 2 car garage and is move in ready. We have another rental property in Pittsburgh that is doing very well but want to eventually move to this Ohio area for the lake and bike trail access and would probably rent this house out for a few years then move into it ourselves. So it would not be a true long term investment property. Just need someone to cover costs for a while until we're ready. Then may consider other investments in the area. Yes have toured through Howland and Cortland areas and understand about the schools, etc. so thanks for those points. Our recent AirB&B very close to the house in question thinks we'd have no problem getting a renter to cover more than the costs to make it worth while.
