I research is the rental in that area is around 950 to 1200

Hi my name is Roberto and I'm 52 years old and I live on long island. I'm still working but I want to start changing my life with my wife. I want to invest in real estate. I have little knowledge about investing but I've been educating myself reading books from Robert Kiyosaki and other books from biggerpockets and also watching videos in youtube.
