I have experience with them on the tenant side.  I lived in an apartment of theirs on the Plaza for 2 years before investing.  Overall had a good experience.  When I had issues, they were fixed within 24 hours and they answered the phone at all hours of the day.

Andy Mackey - I am looking at house hacking for my first deal.  At this point I'm running numbers on as many properties as possible, using the BP calculator.  I'm looking to actively search the market starting in June or July.  I want to have a nice financial cushion on my first investment.
