BP! Hope everyone is well. I'm currently trying to figure out how to determine comparables for a duplex that's 3bd, 2.5ba and 2bd, 2.5ba (5bd, 5ba total). I'm thinking of splitting the two units and figure them out like that but I'm not sure. My intent is to wholesale it to a flipper. Any tips? Thank you for your time.

Hello BP! Hope everyone's doing well. Question. Where and how are good tips to find comps for a property(SFH) that has been boarded up and is in possession of the local housing authority(according to the local tax webpage) ? Ive searched on redfin, truly, and zillow and have just came up with one "sold" comparable. Lame, I know. There must be another way. Thanks in advance.
