I own a single family home in Marysville OH but moved to NYC over 10 years ago. I entered into a Land Contract with someone and they have been making the mortgage payment but they were supposed to have bought the home outright several years ago.  I need legal help understanding my options.  Can I force them to buy?  Can I sell even though they were supposed to buy?  Is the contract still valid?  Can I keep the home and use as a rental property?  And if you know an accountant, but that's another story.
