Looking to connect with investors in Central Texas especially interested in the San Antonio market. I have off market properties ranging from raw land already platted, distressed AND turnkey single family homes, 2-4 door multi-family units and occasionally larger commercial properties.

Let's connect!

I am a wholesaler located in San Antonio but work with properties all across the city and surrounding cities. I generally deal with the following properties...some turnkey, others needing work!

Single Family Homes; Multi-Family Units; Apartments; Hotels (rare but occasionally); Ranch land; Vacant Lots(commercial and residential); Undeveloped Residential Land; Undeveloped Commercial land.

I can also help connect you with amazing resources all across San Antonio whether it be hard money lenders, contractors, other investors and etc.

YOU DO NOT NEED $100K IN CASH TO START INVESTING!!

Let me show you how to leverage your cash with hard money allowing a higher ROI while not depleting your cash reserves regardless or whether you are looking for a quick flip or a buy and hold.

Let's connect!

@Kiera Underwood sounds like you generally prefer buy and hold for rental income right?

Do you prefer multi-family or single family? I can see positives and negatives regarding both so I’m sure it’s all preference!

@Julio Garcia definitely makes sense. Are you “location loyal” or solely just look at the numbers?

    Good afternoon y'all,

Genuinely curious, what is the dominating factor that you look for in a piece of investment real estate?

I am in San Antonio and just like anywhere else, no investor nor piece of property is alike, so what do you look for?

@Joe S. Hi Joe! Thanks for reaching out.

Generally looking for cash or hard money buyers. Experience level is completely irrelevant to me, I’m just as happy to work with a first time investor as I am someone who does it for a living.

I work with a lot of distressed single and multi family homes primarily but also do vacant land as well for my developers!

@Kerry Thompson I haven’t started personally investing but definitely have every intention to within the next year or two. There’s so much potential around San Antonio and the hill country in general!

Right now I work with buyers and help them find great investment opportunities!
