Not at all. It's your property and you can do with it as you choose. There is no law that I know of that would keep you from allowing it not allowing your tenants to have pets.

I don't mean to be rude, but I agree with Don. Why not just buy the book? If you are truly interested in any endeavor, part of your self education is going to be reading about that particular subject. You will then compare what is read to what a mentor has told you. You will learn to think critically and separate the good from the bad. I spend hundreds of dollars a year on Amazon on non-fiction books. Many are great and many are rubbish.

I am looking for buy and hold. Hard money is used just as often for buy and hold as it is for flipping. The hard money is refinanced by a conventional loan after repairs are concluded.

Hello all! I have read the BP forums for about 6 months now and love the topics and insights from all of the members. I live in Denton, Tx which is in the northern portion of the Dallas-Ft Worth Metroplex. I interested in meeting like minded investors to partner with and or hard money lenders so that I can fully understand how the process works. If anyone on BP from the DFW area wants to meet up and begin networking, please contact me! Robert
