Hi all,

Can someone give me the name of someone that has been featured on the BP podcast that has built a real estate empire without a syndication/partners?

Thanks in advance

Hi all,

I recently came across a really funny yet very educating series on Youtube called "Life for Sale". It details the life of Ben Mallah a very successful Real Estate Investor who has a portfolio worth roughly $200M however due to his unhealthy habits, his doctor predicts he'll drop dead in 5 years and that's why he wants to sell his all of his assets such as cars, yacht, RE portfolio and more (I'm not sure if he still wants to sell these things).

Not only is it educating but it's extremely funny, Ben comes across as brash and seems to get on with everyone (even though it doesn't come across like that)

Here's the link to Season 1

@Matt Crusinberry $50,000 a month realistic without a syndication lol?

When it comes to investing in real estate WITHOUT a syndication behind you, is there really a limit to how much you can cashflow?

Hi all,

My name is Robert and I'm based in Dublin, Ireland. I'm 15 and I have a keen interest in Real Estate investing and it's something I'm definitely considering doing in the future.

My gameplan is to get a degree in accounting and hopefully get a job in the US and begin Real Estate over there (Ireland's banks and lenders make it really difficult for anyone under the age of 30 to buy a property, even for a principal private residence it's atleast 10% (usually more) down unlike in the US it's 3.5%). I've ordered 3 books from BiggerPockets and I've also purchased Rich Dad Poor Dad and The ABCs of Real Estate by Ken McElroy.

Great to be here.
