@Rhea

@Rhea Jackson, you are going to love Nashville! I think it's a wonderful place to live and an excellent area to invest in!

It's been quite a while since I visited BP with any frequency. In my absence I got my real estate license though. For better or worse it was something I wanted to do and was finally able to do it. So here I am, ready to use BP like it was meant to be used: Getting Things Done.

It's been a while since I've been to the BP site, and in that time I had a few big life changes. One of the more important ones( certainly one that makes me smile) is obtaining my agent's license. I hope I can use the Agent forums to network  with fellow agents and investors interested in the area!

Hey guys. I want to say I really appreciate the suggestions! I'm going to begin looking into all of them!

I'm hoping some other Nashville area investors and wholesalers have some recommendations for an attorney that can handle or specializes in real estate/property sale/purchase and assignment contracts. I'm sure the BP fileplace has the right paperwork I can print out, but I'd definitely like to also at least have a good idea of who I can go to if I have questions about the papers down the line.

As for title company recommendations, I've seen Wagonwheel being mentioned before, but I'm interested in learning of any others fellow Nashville investors have worked with, whether it was an awful experience or an amazing one.

Thanks for any help guys

Robert

@Ben Grant

Welcome back to Nashville! I'd love to connect with you! I'm new to wholesaling, but would love to grow my network of fellow wholesalers and buyers too!

@Chris Wooten I'd like to connect with you and get some more information about what you're looking for as a buyer!

Hello @Chris Lowery, I'm  fairly new to the BP site as well and am starting my journey as a wholesaler in Nashville, TN. I would love to connect with you. We may be in 2 different markets, but perhaps we may find or create opportunities to work together, either in wholesaling or another area of real estate!

Hello Jermaine! I'm starting to wholesale in Nashville, TN, and feel like I may eventually come across buyers also interested in other areas, such as the Memphis market. I'd love to connect with you, and possibly throw some buyers your way down the line!

I'm starting in wholesaling, and I'm hoping any posters/readers in the Nashville/Tennessee forums would be willing to connect with me as I start growing a buyers' list. Obviously I am trying to attend as many local group meetings as I can, but also feel like(as long as this isn't violating the forum rules somehow)  I can use this website to start my buyers' list and help balance between having a deal first, or buyers.

If you are interested, please feel free to reply, or just send me a PM so we can talk. I'm trying to organize the info in a spreadsheet so I'd love info like areas you will/won't buy in, your price ranges if you have any, and even what types of homes you're looking for.

Thank you
