Long term I want to wholesale to build capital and start building mixed use properties. What got me into REI? I see new developments in my area all the time my neighborhood has exploded in growth and I've stood by and haven't taken the opportunity to use that as a footing.

Good afternoon, I’m a young college student who always wanted to get into real estate but did not know where to start. I am 21 years old and I just want to reach out and learn everything that I can while I’m here I’m open to connecting.
