Hi.  If anyone is interested, Brett (Tim) Immel is living and working in Des Moines, IA.  He is operating the same business scheme as Hanover Partners and Growth Equity Group.  The new company is called Beckstone Partners.  You can search this company on the web, but there is ZERO mention of his name in affiliation with the company. 

As mentioned, he goes by the name “Tim” or “Timothy”.  

I hear he is awaiting his jail sentence for his fraudulent bankruptcy filing several years ago.  Either way, he is still somehow in business...
