Hello my name is Robert and I'm trying to become a real estate investor. I'm 20 years old and just started building my credit with a student credit card. Should I get 1 or 2 more credit cards and just build credit by using them for new mattress, rent ,etc or should I just focus on my one credit card line of 300 and save up for that 3% down-payment of a house?

Hello! My name is Robert I'm 20 years old and slowly but surely learning a lot about real estate for it's something I would like to make a career out of!

I have been watching a lot of videos talking about renting out your first bought single family home. I noticed however the cash flow from the rent most people received is usually around $200-$300 which is great but how would you continue your career from this? Can you buy another house from the bank and mortgage another home at the same time as your first? Would it be better to sell your first bought home after the value goes up a year or 2 later? Thank you
