Hey Cristina, thanks so much for your warm welcome. I "think" what I'm looking for is a multi family property with an owners unit and 2-3 1/2 br rental units. About 5 years back I looked at a lovely property that had a duplex owners unit and 3 1br rental units and I've never stopped thinking about it. I will try to find and read Brandon Turners intro. Thanks again.
