My Niche is a private Jet Ski storage community 

I’m leaning towards each unit being 13’ wide with a 12’ door opening x 25’ deep.

72 Total units on the property renting at 3.00 per sq foot with a 6-12 month lease.

Each unit will have power so you can keep your battery tender

Other amenities being:

Wash, rinse, and flush area

Boat ramp (wide enough for two vehicles side by side) with a dock on each side to tie up too.

Property fenced in with gate code

Fuel for our ski’s 93 and non ethanol fuel (????) I figured if rental companies can keep gas, I can too. However rental companies fuel their own skis. I would have to charge for fuel but would not over charge for gas. Probably just the average price in the area per gallon..

Hello, I am new to CREI and I found some property in my area and I have a vision of developing. I'm looking for a JV partner to join me in bringing my vision to life. I know my interest rates may be off, but this is what I know is possible.

The JV partner I'm looking for will supply cash capital and financing needs to secure the property and get the construction underway. After completing will do a cash out refinance for ROI to the JV partner. This is a project I intend to hold long term.

@Lake Lutes, absolutely. I’m in the planning stages right now. My partner is a local business owner and I pitched him my idea and he is on board. These will be build and hold properties.

@Charis WolfeBarron I live in Navarre Florida which is between Destin and Pensacola on the Gulf. I’m in the planning stages of building a multi family complex in FWB. The rental market here is phenomenal.
