@Elaine Petty prices have skyrocketed due to low inventory in the area. Investors are simply cashing out. Another reason may be that a lot of the older (baby boomers) generation are retiring. I know many of them.

Post: Private lenders for refi during covid-19

We are closing on our 2nd property in less than a week. Both of our previous private lenders are no longer offering refi due to covid-19 uncertainty. We are affraid that all of our capital will be held up in this property for a long time if we can't find a lender. Would prefer to have the house under an LLC which is not possible with Freddie/Fannie. Is this a common problem or is there actually private lenders that are still offering refis?
