Thank you Mike for your input. Here in LA I'm finding it hard to get off the ground with my first investment deal . BP podcast 73 & 191 inspired me to look in other markets and I found Benton Harbor MI. . I"ll consider visiting the city or partnering with someone local.    

I'm looking for investment opportunities in Benton Harbor MI. First time out of state purchase . I know this is possible but not sure of the strategy/ process . How do I proceed ?
