I am currently offering 100% Flip Funding for Real Estate Investors. I provide 100% purchase money, closing costs, 100% rehab money with no payments till the property has been sold/refinanced and funded

I have been having second thoughts about doing this.

Talk me out of it

I am a flipper looking for a GC that can handle my rehabs.  I do  about 4 - 6 a year.   My area is from St Pete to Tarpon Springs and Clearwater to S Tampa.
