I currently live in San Jose, CA.  Where I have a Handyman Business that I started when I retired from a Government job after 30 years.    I'm a neophyte when it comes to investing in rental properties.  I'm at least moderately skilled in repairing them.   While Taking the time to learn the different knowledge skills needed to be successful.
