I would like some opinion, help  and or advice, lol, my father passed away 3 years ago.  He had put my name on the title to the house I am cuirrently living in , and I have been paying the house pymts since that time as well as the property taxes.  I simply have been paying the loan until now when I having been having health problems which have prevented me from working.  My fathers name and mine are the same so I never notified the bank as my credit history was not the best.  I have been studying the Adverse possession law however I am still not sure in my situation this would play out.  Please, and help or advise would be greatly appreciated thanks mucho ...
