I am looking for a very thorough real estate course online. My wife and I would like to take a course but would like to take it online and at our own speed. I wish for it to be very in-depth so as to understand lots of facets to the industry and process. Please let me know of the best courses that meet this description and are worth their weight in gold. Thanks

Maybe take the Portfolio 2 option. As long as you have a tenant able to pay for the loan with even a little bit of cash flow the appreciation of the house should give you some equity and help with refinancing within 10 years. And you could use the money from the refinance to go towards another property.
