I have a 4plex that only has one water meter, two of the tenants are on section 8. How do I structure my lease to pass the water bill on to my tenants.

Thanks kimberly, I've been in contact with two companies in Baton Rouge, they told me they only do properties that are 20 units are more.

I need info on water submeters for the New Orleans area, I have two 4 unit properties on one meter.

I have tried the credit unions in my area,so far USAA has been the lowest @ 5.375. I was really hoping there were better rates than that.

I'm trying to find the best rates for refinancing investment properties
