We have installed an electric sub meter in our shopping center in El Centro California we need a company to generate the monthly electric bill for each tenant (there are two ) and collect the payments

Thank you Thomas

You are absolutely right we will do as you suggested

We tried to reason with him he has a  business that is not doing good we have told him repeatedly that is no reason to not pay his rent on time

The restaurant he is leasing from us is doing great business he needs to have a moment with a competent attorney we don’t have to make him understand his responsibilities he agreed upon in his lease

Thank you Dominic

You are right this is a case of simple  mulishness our attorney is inefficient we need to find a new one

A restaurant that’s doing great business feels he shouldn’t pay the rent on time for the last 4 months every month we had to post 3 day notice to pay  rent or quit on his front door for him to deign to pay his rent

What legal action we could take to make him understand he is not the landlord we are he must pay his rent on time?

We are looking at a historic multi family in San Diego the sellers have not filed the Mills Act paperwork

What are the ramifications of filing for Mills Act on a rental property?

We have made an offer for a property and it turns out City of San Diego has asked the seller to replace the uneven side walk by the property does any one has an idea about ball park figure to replace a city side walk?

Thanks

Robert
