Awesome to see @Robert Burns! Can you let us know where this deal was located and what the cash flow is after you bring it to market rents?

Also, where did you meet @Min Zhang and @Chris Wharton - did you connect with them here on BiggerPockets?

Yes I met Min here and after a few conversations and many emails we decided to do some business. He introduced me to Chris. Both are fantastic at what they do!

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Min found it and his team helped me form mine!

How did you finance this deal?

First Ohio, trad 30-year fix

How did you add value to the deal?

Put 30% down to flow positive immediately

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Chris Wharton at First Ohio is fantastic to work with and made sure the deal closed on time

Most interested in Cash-flow. I think willing to pay for more modern updates/construction so that out of state maintenance is minimal.

I'm super curious in adding a multi-family home to my portfolio. I am thinking Austin TX might be a good place to start due to the state's tax incentives and the recent decline in prices. Thoughts? Any other preferred cities?
