Samantha,

During the reading of the books from BP, the authors recommend to join a investor's club. I have look in the Indianapolis area for one of these and found that there are many to choose from. If you do not mind me asking, which club do you suggest?

Hello everyone,

I have been a member for a few months now. I have been building my education on real estate investing. I started as a realtor in the industry, when I joined BP. Then I had an investor call me to help him find some properties here in Indy for him. This is when I had the ideal of start investing along with being a realtor. I was thinking about begin by a double lease option on some properties or a few Brrrrs while I continue as a realtor. So my question is, does it sound like a good plan to have duel rolls in the real estate industry or should I focus on one over the other? Any advice will be great.

Thank you,

Rob Allen
