I am also looking in the Little Rock area for mid to larger multi-family properties (100 + units). For that size the listings are usually with ARA out of Memphis, TN -

Wow, thanks for all the replies I am an investor from TX, but my daughter and her children are in the Little Rock area. My interest in leasing and taxes are to see how AR is different from my TX investments. Anything smaller than 50-60 doors would have to be self managed, but larger than that, I would be looking for a good 3rd party management co.

Grandfather, interested in helping family members in the Little Rock, AR area to develop real estate investments. I currently invest in small to mid-size multifamily apartments.
