 I am looking for a duplex or quad but not sure what I can post. A warning popped up about soliciting without joining the pro subscription and post in the marketplace. I'm not even sure I posted this in the correct thread. I am going to buy at least 10 units in the next five years.

Hello,

I am a building inspector with a background in property maintenance, rehab and repair. I have not made an offer as of yet, but my plan is to  buy and hold 50 rental units in the next 10 years to enhance my retirement.  I have already learned a great deal through the BP podcasts, which I listen to while driving. I look forward to establishing mutually beneficial relationships. in the coming future.
