Virginia has passed a law saying wholesalers are required to have a real estate license. My question is, could I live in Virginia and wholesale virtually out of state legally without a license.

It is still against the law to wholesale virtually in a different state while living in VA.

I’m ready to jump in the world of real estate wholesaling and i'm seeking guidance from professionals.
