@Brandon Turner Thanks Brandon! Keep up the good work on here, it's much appreciated! I enjoyed reading all the info on Real Estate in Your Twenties as well. You've definitely helped in kick starting my real estate investing. Thanks much!

@Matthew Hicks Thanks Matthew! I've been up around Vandergrift/Apollo many times. I used to sell building/construction materials for a little while so I have an idea of the "raw materials" part. I want to focus more on the management side of the business, such as creating systems to make it run more efficient and effective. I got my degree in management and my family has a little family business so I want to carry that knowledge over. So the plan is to hire out the work and concentrate on creating a machine like operation.

What kind of investing are you doing? What part of Pittsburgh are you investing in? There's plenty of opportunity and many diverse areas in and around the city. I wish you the best and much success.

@Jeff Arndt Thanks Jeff! Pittsburgh is a great area for rentals. Best of luck in reaching your goals!

Thanks Andrew! I'm looking to start off fixing and flipping and hoping to grow in that aspect. I'll definitely look into those. What part of the northwest are you from, like around Erie? What type of investing are you doing? Thanks and same to you, let me know if you need anything from down this way.
