@Dan Rivers sounds great Dan. I'll connect with you and we can put together a plan. Appreciate your help.

@Patrick Roberts thank you, I really appreciate the insight. I'll touch base with Mike and Dan.

I'm looking to make my first STR investment purchase in the next few months and am intrigued by the North Charleston area. Does anyone have experience here- regulations, competition, cash flow, etc? The numbers I'm running on some properties look pretty strong, but I'm not overly familiar with the area.

Thank you for sharing this info. I've been exploring the area and this post clarifies a lot of my questions.

@Todd Anderson thanks Todd, appreciate your insight. As much as I'd love to avoid a HELOC at current rates it's probably my best path to getting the type of property I want. I'll start exploring markets and hopefully find something intriguing.

@Michael Baum thank you, that makes a ton of sense. Appreciate your help!

@Ian Tyndall thank you, Ian. I appreciate your AirDNA insight. Sounds like I need to get more comfortable with the platform. When I zero in a little more closely on a specific property I'll DM you for feedback. Thanks again.

@John Underwood thank you. I read the first and I'm halfway through the second. I'll go back and review this part though, seems like it's essential in these competitive markets.

@Maxwell Deal Thank you, that's very helpful. I appreciate your insight and will be in touch.
