@Ryan Kelly do you have some referrals for other local property managers?

It's a 2 BR/2B condo downtown about 1100 sq ft and it wasnt that dirty

Hey Ryan, yes I was told that just a cleaning alone, not any repairs, would be around $200-$250 but was shocked when I was sent an itemized bill and was charged $550 to clean a 2BR/2B condo downtown. Tell me that's not typical.

I'm curious what you all, who have property managers, are charged for a cleaning of your condo whenever you have a tenant turnover?

Hey there @Rob Chopra - Sounds like they are seriously low maintenance it may make sense to check out a platform like hemlane.com - they can actually handle all maintenance needs, rent collection, and you could just hire out finding tenants.  @Dana Dunford their CEO is great!

Some other good property managers in Chicago besides @Mark Ainley and @Austin Pearson are @Jason Marcordes and @Ran Fridman!

Thanks @Jonathan Klemm, Hemlane looks like an awesome service!!

I love out of state so looking for a reliable and responsive property manager.

I need it mainly for a townhome in Old Town. I also have a condo in a high rise in River North but that pretty much runs itself. I would just need someone there to help do the orientation for new tenants when the move in and a walk thru to make sure everything looks okay when the move out.

I have two properties in Chicago and am looking for a trustworthy and reliable property manager. I live out of state so it’s very important that I can rely on this property manager.

Both properties are downtown. One is a townhouse in Old Town and the other is a 2 BR condo in a high rise in River North, which pretty much manages itself since there is engineers on site that take care of 90% of any issues mt tenants have.

@Rob Chopra - We have a vast amount of reliable vendors we work with on a daily basis at our property management company (Landmark). What type of work and skillset are you looking for in these handymen? DM me and I can put you in touch with them.

Ideally I'm looking for someone that has a diverse skill set that can do a little plumbing work, light electrical and take care of basic things that can go wrong in a real estate property. If they can help with property turn over between renters to help with minor repairs, painting and sheetrock repair.

Hi, I own two properties in Chicago and moved away last year. Since I no longer live there I really could use a reliable, trustworthy and skillful handyman I can send over to my units to take care of odds and ends or repairs that need to be done for my tenants. Both properties are downtown. One property has easy parking and the other I'm willing to pay for parking. If you guys know of anyone I'd appreciate any referrals! TIA!
