Hello Community,

In Virginia, do I need and attorney as a wholesaler to flip the contract? Or do I just need to make sure that the contract is worded properly and protects my interests? Do I necessarily need to get such contracts from an attorney ?

Hey Community,

I am hearing more and more that SMS text is the way to go when trying to contact your seller leads. Does anyone use this method, if so, what service do you recommend to use ?

@Randi Plevy First off , Thank you for your response. So if I understand correctly, my best bet would be to take the contract to an attorney and they will enter the contract into escrow? Also, with the assignment contract, that will be held in escrow as well by either my attorney or the assignee's attorney?

@Scott Wolf This particular deal, I will be wholesaling. Do you know of any title companies that are wholesaler friendly and will hold the contract in escrow?

Hey community, I want to know about contracts. Does anyone know what should be done after a purchase agreement is signed by the seller? Do I take the contract to an attorney or do I enter it into escrow with a title company?
