Hello,

I am very interested in knowing a lot more about the OR market as I work for a real estate investment company that is looking towards spreading to the OR area. I am interseted in preforeclosure as well as preconstruction and other areas of your market that create positive cash flow. My email at work is [email protected]. Please email me there and we can then get more into details of what I am searching for. Thank you and I look forward to working with you.

Hello all,

Here is my situation, I have about $37,000 to either put down on an investment property, or buy a foreclosure of some sort. I currently live in San Diego, CA and am looking to buy possibly in AZ, TX, or FL. Anyone have any suggestions or advice?

Thanks

Chris

I am relatively new to the Real estate industry and I was wondering if anyone had some advice on just how to drum up good leads. MY company does not work like most, in that we do not purchase leads, we do no cold calling (except what the individual wants to do), and the company really offers very little in the way of coming up with business. So I was wondering if some of you might have some solid advice. I work for a VERY intelligent business design, but living in an area for just under 2 years now, i know VERY little people. IDEAS??? THANKS.

Hello Mark,

I am a realtor with a company very similar to Keller Williams, actually we share the same bus. design, etc. They are VERY smart companies to invest in, however, I am not sure what the open market value or appreciation is on stock in the company. I know that down here in San Diego, CA, they are doing very well, and are growing quickly, but I am not that read up on the stocks in this sort of company. I would however state taht working for a similar broker , it is an opportunity to get into a compnay that shows no sign of slowing as people are continuing to purchase housing left and right. Check out my company's webpage, www.miligroup.net, as this is a company that when it goes public I am going to purchase a TON of stock in. Hope this info. helps. Let me know if there is anything else I can try to help with.
