is there some process to having/making your cash liquid? exactly what does that mean, is it something you do/process with your bank? and as for wholesaling , how do you put/sign a contract on a property that you want push to a rehabber when the owner wants a good faith deposit as thats all i see here in florida, eanest deposits and letters verifying you have the money to purchase the property ??
