Anyone have any views or experience with buying a multi-family as a rental property that is adjacent to a cemetery?  Does this turn away renters?  Should this impact value long-term?

Can anyone provide a contractor recommendation for finishing a basement in Needham, MA?

I've seen a number of discussions about staging but am trying to get some input on a reasonable cost to expect.  I am considering staging 2 newly renovated condo units in Boston, MA - one is 650 sf and the other is 1,300 sf.  Both units are vacant.  Does anyone have a perspective on what reasonable pricing is for relatively high end staging? 

Can anyone recommend a good de-leading firm and/or contractor for a two family investment property in Framingham, MA?  The construction work is mostly cosmetic with the biggest items being fixing a deck and kitchen rehab work.

Thanks, that's helpful.  If I get it inspected for lead, then does it become public record?  What do you think is an average cost of deleading a two unit property (2,500 sq. ft) in MA?

I have a two family property under agreement in Massachusetts.  I believe it will attract renters with young kids.  From searching the database, it has never been inspected for lead (no records).  Is it recommended that I delead it?  What are the risks / rewards others have seen from deleading or choosing not to delead?  Thanks.
