I had a phone call as well trying to establish a good blueprint for the future of my empire ... and this is coming from the angle of a brand new investor with intentions to get to work yesterday....

The Platinum membership is essentially for advice, legal forms, educational media, and discounts on the other services sold/offered that one may "need" such as CPA, Tax advisors, Establishing LLCs, Asset protection strategies etc. In my opinion that advice and materials included can and are found on BP, workshops attended, and local REIA... So I'll pass on that.

They work with you on prices and payments on said products/services and do not start work until products are paid off. Which is understandable however dropping 10k for a fully established set up where I'll still have to pay additional fees and do legwork with local pros in which I'll still have to pay for, being a "newbie"... didn't leave a good feeling.  When that registered with me I thought "If i have to go to a local pro for consult and work, why not do so from the beginning? Especially for that price."

I want to establish the "team" that I read so much about having, under one roof for ease of communication as well as delegating the rest and doing what I do best, and after a phone call and reading some of the commentary here about delayed responses, I'm not sure that's what I'd get. I want to be able to call my pro, say what I want to do, hear the feedback, and have them do it... like a boss.

I called a few of my local investors/brokers to discuss the process of business strategies (wholesaling deals I can't rehab, flipping, and rentals) because I wasn't sure if I could start with just my name or if I NEEDED an LLC. I came to find out some of the biggest flippers and wholesalers in my area just use their First and Last name.

Now I understand benefits of having an LLC and/or C-Corp, tax strategies, and all other info learned however let's remember my goals... to start working and get PAID!

I have gone to multiple workshops and paid for education/systems to start working immediately and feel like I got caught up planning for an empire of which I have not yet established. Putting the cart before the horse kind of thing.

After reading some dialogue in this post from pros who've been in the game for a while, consulting my local pros, and my my multiple phone consulting experiences with them, I don't think it's necessary for a newbie to go  broke hiring Anderson Business Advisers.

Thank you so much for your time and visiting!

I've read various posts about what type of professionals to hire and gone through some courses on BP.

If you know of a course/post that answers this question please refer it here.

My goals are to wholesale properties I can't rehab, flip, and BRRR using private mortgage lenders in various states across the country. I want to set up asset protection, anonymity, tax strategies, and everything else to build my empire the right way from the beginning.

My question is this... How have you experienced investors find and develop cost effective relationships with industry professionals to establish your long lasted business/my empire?

I've read that very heated post on Anderson Business Advisers and the use of a company's services, and used LegalZoom before. However I feel if I'm going to pay someone to tell me who to talk to or what to do and pay additional fees on top of whatever I'm paying, I might as well just talk to the pro from the get go. I'm aware that the two companies I've mentioned do some services for me but after running some numbers vs actions I still need to take, I feel like there might be experiences out there I can take and make my own.

Ideally I want to pick up the phone, ask a pro a question, and have them do it so I can get back to business.

Hope this serves everyone well. Enjoy the rest or your days and thanks for any input!

Now go make your paper boo boo!

@Jason Haynes seek private money lenders (other peoples money).
