Hey Mario, I own a rental in Whittier (& live in Whittier as well). Just curious, have you gotten other contractors to come and bid the job? Might be a good idea to get a couple bids and then compare them against each other. It may help give you a point of reference on the cost of your bid in question. Wish you well good luck.
