Hi all,

I want to get a small bank statement loan of just 80,000 but I am wondering what are all the things I need before applying for such a loan?

Thanks in advance,

Rizzy

@Linda S. how big was your loan? And if you don't mind can you share what credit or income requirements they asked. Thx,

Rizzy

So @Mark Sewell do I then just find a deal like that and offer this to owner directly?

My credit is not so bad. It’s close to 600 and I can get mortgage in CA but I want owner financing for a $50K property because banks won’t fo mortgage for it anyway

@Rizwan Alam are you looking for a condo to live in, flip, or rent out?

What sources of financing have you looked into?

It's possible to acquire properties with a $5k down payment - it all depends on your situation and goals.  Deals like the one you are describing are possible and happening in the Houston area.

Hi Austin, thank for you comment. Yes I want a condo and the only kind of financing I’m looking for is owner financing 5-10 year lease with 10% down :)

@Rizwan Alam I can't help you with the condo however I can offer you some advice. I would focus on rebuilding your credit then, start looking for a property. This would put you in a stronger position and open more opportunities.

Thanks Dave but I want to work on all that when I have a condo to live in and I can just work and build my credit again at one place

Hi guys,

I’m looking for a condo under $50K in Houston, TX preferably with owner financing and I have 10% down at $5K

My situation is unique. My credit is bad but I can afford the monthly payment on a $50K property no problem because I am an online freelancer and have verifiable consistent online income plus I work full time in the real world. So I’m a hard worker but due to bad credit, I’m  looking to own a condo in an owner financing deal

If you know a deal please let me know and if it’s not possible please give me any tips appreciated, thanks

Hi, what would be a better city, El Paso or Killeen to buy a seller financing property to live in now and to sell in future? (asking for a friend)

Thanks in advance...

@Tony A. We not only plan on coming and checking on it, but I will actually be making the move to manage the property myself as well.
