Hey Jason!

Not sure of laws in MD, but generally speaking...

We use a debt collections agency for unpaid balances. However, if you want to go after the balance and you have an eviction judgement from the court, you can higher an attorney to find legal means of collections, such as garnishment. Obviously you will have costs there to pursue it.

Collections agencies have different levels of collection success rates and some offer credit reporting some do not. Just depends on the outcome you are hoping for and how much brain damage you can handle in the process.

Hey Sabuj,

Congratulations on your recent sale! That's exciting!

I am in Austin and Texas markets are shifting to buyers/renters so tailoring your search would be good. Currently there are over 21k active rentals in Austin, TX. If you expand it out it's much higher since we have Round Rock-Cedar Park, and other surrounding communities.
For the I-35 corridor you could incorporate these areas in your search; Kyle, Buda, and Round Rock.

Let me know if you need anything!

Hey! The link was broken. I am interested in attending and RSVP'd on the post. Will that work?

Thanks yall! Blake I will shoot you a DM.

Hey Chris! I am based in Austin and also looking to build my network. Work in Property Management with investors. Feel free to shoot me a dm if you want to connect!

Hey Eziekiel! Shoot me a private message if you want to connect! I might be able to help and am also building my network.

Austin Business Journal and others have been predicting that the San Antonio --> Austin corridor will become the next biggest metroplex over the next decade. Room to build, highway connections, influx of opportunity. There's a lot of indicators that are pointing this direction. Kyle sits right in that pathway.
