Have a homebuyer who wants to get into lease/rent to own property in Mount Pleasant/Oak Creek, WI.  Preferred Zip Codes, 53402; 53403; 53406; 53129; 53154; 53405; 53154 or near by areas.  They have $2500 to put down.  Price Range between $250k-$350K.

GM Everyone,

I am new to BP and new to investing.  I have been looking at some of the webinars/articles associated with Wholesales and am attempting to test by ability to run the numbers.  Attached is a property, located in my area, that I think is priced well and with repairs, could be a nice investment for someone.  However, I'm a complete novice when it comes to estimating repair/rehab costs and want to know if I'm even in the ballpark.

Any thoughts/advice on this?
