Hello Brett, nice to meet you! This all started when I read an article one day how your home is actually a liability and not an asset. It was a light bulb moment, then I read the book rich dad poor dad, since he was the author of this article. I have been reading and listening to podcasts every day on my hour commute to work at Tampa General Hospital. I have my home up for sale by owner now and want to get into this badly. I'm 52 and starting a little late, but I'm very interested and ready! Would love any contacts you may have. I am watching the market all over Tampa bay and it's not a big duplex, fourplex area! Maybe single family homes. I would welcome any advice you have. Especially on where? Obviously looking for under market value.

yes, thank you! I look at Zillow, home path, realtor.com, I was just wondering about duplexes ect. We don't have any in this area. Any idea what areas they are in?

Is there any investors in my area? Where in Tampa Bay Area of Florida are good investment properties for a beginner to start out with rentals? How is the market in my area?
